Christian is a highly experienced Web Developer with over 10 years experience. He has worked for some amazing, large companies in high pressure roles and is now looking to step back from the corporate life to find more work/life balance.

Christian has worked with a wide range of technologies and, although Unbraco isn't his favourite, he has worked with it is willing to work with it again moving forwards.

Lisa has 5 years web development experience. She has a good combination of hands on development and creative design experience.

Whilst she is strong technically, Lisa isnt overly confident with presenting to clients but is able to leanr this skill if needed.

She is able to work full time but her long term plan is to go back to uni to study so any possibility of future part time work would be of interest to her.

Lisa has solid communication skills however her main skills are her technical abilities. 

Justine is my 'wild card' candidate. She has a good technical foundation but is probably below the minimum technical requirements of the role.  However her passion for creating beautiful websites and for this role is contagious and I believe that any technical skills she may lack will be overshadowed by her passion and proven ability to learn.

Justine is returning to the workforce after a lengthy career break to raise a family. She has retrained herself and is now looking for a stable role where she can formalise her new skills and follow her passion.
